Well it has taken a long time for the admission to come from News of The World. What is clear is that any wrong doing needs to be faced upto in the court and not simply by trying to buy out of responsibility.

However it clearly must cast doubt on Sky taking over the rest of BSkyB. In my view this takeover should not be allowed.
