I have just voted in the 38 degree poll to cut waste by scrapping Trident. Not only is it a waste of money it is based on the false assumption that we are a big powerful country. We are not and we cannot afford Trident let alone the moral arguements that no-one should have these weapons.

All the issues are important. But what’s the one big thing we should focus on in the next month? Stop spending money on Trident? Crackdown on wealthy tax cheats? Make the banks pay their fair share? Challenge the government to prove their plans will not hit the poorest hardest?
